The kitch destruction of our world

October 16, 2015 - December 13, 2015

The Kitsch Destruction of our World - The legacy of the industrial development, the attempt of the aestheticization of everything else, the control of the space and its constant dramatization. The fascination comes from all this nature: apparently true, real, but totally fitted out, aestheticized, castrated by barriers everywhere. Without retouching, it is a big country of fences, weaknesses, scaphandres spaces, herds of unspoken, in explosive colours. It’s the big overdose!

In collaboration with Jimmy Lee (SidLee production), we’ve designed an augmented reality application activated by pointing an Ipad at the artworks so the visitor could hear and see more on every photograph exhibited. Curated by Nicolas Denicourt & Olivier Gagnon.
